Do You Backup Your Clients' Files?
Yes. We perform daily system backups, which are kept for seven days on a separate backup server. The archived data includes the files, the mail messages and the MySQL databases that are present on the server at the time the backup is performed. Customers can also create their own backups and download them or keep them in their hosting accounts. Backed up data can be restored through the web hosting Control Panel.

What is the difference between Unix and Windows shared hosting services?
There are two platforms which your web site may be hosted on. The platform that you choose does not depend on what operating system you are using to create the web site.
